Warm up:
500m row, squats

WOD:
Front squat
3-3-3-3-3

65#, 70#, 75#, 80#, 85#

I tend to pause at the bottom way too long. On a couple reps I bounced a couple times before coming back up. Could have done some more weight, but just wasn't up to it.
