10-05-12 Hotel Crossfit

My attempt at CrossFit on my own in the hotel gym-

2mi bike ride- 8min something
15-10-5
Dumbell push press with 15lb wts
Sit ups

Didn't time myself. Was an OK workout, not great, but better than nothing!
