Warm up:
500m row, some OHS and back squats with PVC
WOD:
Back squat
5-5-5-5-5
55#, 65#, 75#, 85#, 100#
Pretty happy considering my previous 1RM is 135#. Tomorrow is a forced rest day due to working early. I'd rather be CrossFitting...
